Group Rates

When our customers have several homes, properties, or even a complete community that must be painted, we offer special group rates that help reduce the cost of the service versus having each job completed individually. When doing groups, we can possibly obtain lower bulk material costs; and, we pass those savings along to you. We even offer this benefit for our customers who refer us a bonafide customer that contracts with us to perform painting, while the original customers job is still in progress.

Our "Wise and Mighty" Discount

We recognize two special groups of people in our community at all times, our Senior Citizens and our Military members, Active duty or retired. We know that in our ever changing economy, Seniors may have special needs or financial constraints. So our Senior discount is our way of minimizing our impact on this group. For those customers whose home is the residence of a qualifing Veteran, we offer our discount to you as an acknowledgment of your sacrifice and thanks for your service.

"Beat The Heat" Discount

Here in the Valley of the sun, we know how hot it can get. As a special break to customers that contract us to paint their entire exterior before summer arrives, we offer this annual special. When booking your job, ask when the "Beat the Heat" period starts and ends. You may save yourself a few dollars by getting that exterior painting completed sooner rather than later.
